A low, wide taper holder turned from solid brass bar. Wide because a narrow-based candlestick on a dining table is a thing waiting to be knocked over.
Fits a standard 7/8 inch taper. The cup is deep enough to catch the wax rather than let it run down onto the table.

- Turned from solid bar in one operation, cup bored to 7/8in with a 10mm drip well below it. Felt disc let into a recess so it sits flush.

- Browns from the first week, and unevenly — the cup darkens fastest from heat. Polish back whenever you like.

Care
- Let wax set hard, then lift it out. Never dig at it with metal.
- Warm water loosens anything stubborn.
- Polish with a brass polish if you want it bright.
Cautions
- Fits 7/8in tapers only. A dinner candle that is 3/4in will lean.
- Not dishwasher safe.
- Gets warm in use. Do not move it with a candle lit.
